What’s up with that cow!

Come on Chick-fil-a! I love your food. Your playground is awesome. So why do you ruin it all by having that huge, scary cow walking around the place. I love to say moo like any other kid but that cow freaks me out. Consider making it smaller and definitely don’t let it come into the playground. The playground is my happy place. Make those changes and I’ll consider coming back.

Caleb’s Birthday

Today we went to a place called Kemah and when we got their my buddy Caleb was there. Turns out it was his birthday party. I had a blast. They had water spraying right up from the ground. It was like we were at the pool but there was no pool. I could of played in those forever but Mom and Dad said I had enough sun (yeah, I’m white as a ghost!) So we took a quick ride on the Choo Choo and then went in to eat pizza. I was worn out at the end of the day.

Trip to the Circus

Nana and Papa took me to the circus today. It was two hours of awesomeness (yes nana, I know that’s not a real word). I saw a bunch of cool animals and crazy clowns. They’re weird but I wasn’t scared. Check out some of the videos on my video page.

July 4th

I had an awesome night last night. Dad and I went out with NaNa and PaPa to have dinner.   I thought it was just going to be a regular night but it kept getting later and later and it didn’t look like we were going home.   It was way past my bedtime but I wasn’t going to say anything!

We were just hanging out when all of the sudden I heard all of these big booms and colors started to appear in the sky.   It was like someone was drawing in the sky with big bright (and loud) crayons. It turns out these crayons are called fireworks.  Whatever they are, I loved them.  It was so much fun! I was full of energy still when Dad and I got home at 10:30pm.  I think it was a combination of all the fun and NaNa’s soda that I drank without anyone seeing.

My new baby sister

Sorry it’s been a while since my last post but things have been busy around here. For everybody that hasn’t heard, my new baby sister Sydney was born on Friday, July 2. She’s pretty cool! I’ve already held her and given her a lot of hugs and kisses. You know, all the stuff a brother is suppose to do…at least for now!

Check out pictures at her website… http://sydneyshafer.com

See ya!

Blueberries!

On Saturday I went with Mom and Dad to pick blueberries. We went out to a farm and there were rabbits and blueberry bushes. They gave me a basket. I think it was to carry the blueberries but I enjoyed putting them in my mouth much more. They were yummy!

Day at the museum

CiCi took me to one of the coolest places ever on Friday. It’s called the Children’s Museum of Houston and it’s for kids like me. There was so much to do it’s hard to explain it all. Everything from cars, slides, water….you just need to go check it out. I’ve posted from pictures so you can see how much fun it was!

Fun!

I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to blog in a while.  The fun started on Friday when we had splash day at school.   It was hot outside but it was a blast running through the sprinklers.  Then I got to drive Papa’s car home from school (not really but only because I can’t reach the pedals yet)

On Saturday I helped Dad mow the yard and then we went over to CiCi’s house for Aunt Gretchen’s birthday.  I got to see my cousin Austin. He’s getting so big.  While we were there I took a ride on a huge tractor.

It’s much bigger than my toy tractor. Very cool!  It was a another great weekend.
